"Gold Tooth Skull" Asssemblage painting 24"x20" 2020
This work is made entirely of wired togethetr found objects. It’s eyelashes are a bit of an orange traffic cone. It’s more of an expressionistic style than Benkin usualy does. It is very lightweight because all peices are plastic. One recognizable thing is the handle to a plastic box on the upper left . Tribute goes to artist Jogn P. Ryan who poured the colors (mostly aqua and pink) over the peice with the nose and the right eye. Tribute also goes to Natasha Corkren who put the zebra print fabric over the upper left hole below the eyelashes and painted a tooth gold :) Yay art friends!
